Turnaround

It is vital that you provide me with a briefing before I can start with the writing of your purchased service(s)/product(s). You can include your briefing while ordering the product or after your purchase via e-mail to info@sara-hill.com

After I have received your briefing and depending on the purchased service(s), I will inform you about the turnaround time for your order. Each product/service contains an estimated delivery time, which functions as an indication. 

File Delivery

Your purchased service(s) will be sent to you as a Google Document, to which you'll hold all rights. You can download your customized content in various document types. You will also receive an order receipt.
