I have a no return, no refund policy due to the customization and digitality of the products/services. However, I offer a happiness guarantee. 

Non-returnable Items

All of my services/products are individually customized and cannot be returned, therefore. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific order.

Terms of Engagement and Cancellation Policy for Non-Subscription Services

By booking my services or time outside of an agreed-upon subscription, you acknowledge that this arrangement constitutes a legally binding agreement. As such, I reserve the right to charge for any time or work requested, regardless of whether the full scope of the project or task was completed due to reasons beyond my control, including but not limited to delays, cancellations, or misuse of booked time.

The requested time or work will be billed in accordance with the terms agreed upon at the time of booking, and failure to utilize the time effectively does not absolve you from your financial obligation. That said, I am always open to discussing any concerns you may have and kindly ask for a six-week notice for the cancellation of any long-term committed work.

Satisfaction Issues & Happiness Guarantee

Please inspect and read your content upon reception and contact me within 14 days if you wish for me to edit the content. I include one free round of editing in all of my offered services. I am content with my work, and you should be too. 

In the 1-in-many-thousands chance that the service/content you ordered was not completed to your satisfaction after one round of editing, you can file a Happiness Guarantee claim with me, and I‘ll work with you to ensure that the content fulfills your expectations.

The Happiness Guarantee applies if:

  • The work that you were charged for was not completed to your satisfaction within a reasonable degree and with a comprehensible explanation.
  • The service was completed within the past 14 days.
  • Payment for your service was made fully and via my payment providers.


European Union 14-day cooling-off period
The European 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to personalized products and services.
